1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bq99 website located at bq99.club, including all services, games, promotions, and features offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing a wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of any part of the Platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on bq99, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bq99 applies a 21+ age restriction to all players without exception. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must register only one account. Operating multiple accounts on the same platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party, business, or syndicate.
• You must not have previously had an account closed or suspended by bq99 for breach of these Terms.

bq99 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the registration process or account lifetime. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements may result in suspension, account closure, and forfeiture of balances or pending withdrawals without prior notice.

3Account Registration and Verification

To access the full functionality of the bq99 Platform, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change. The following registration conditions apply:

• You must provide a valid mobile number registered in your own name. This number will be used for account verification, transaction confirmations, and security alerts.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bq99 will never ask you to share your full password via email, SMS, or live chat.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before processing withdrawals or when account activity triggers our fraud-prevention protocols. Acceptable KYC documents include a national ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate.
• bq99 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents where the source of funds is unclear or where unusual transaction patterns are observed.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

bq99 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. Deposits are typically credited to your bq99 account balance within seconds of payment confirmation.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where that method does not support payouts, in which case an alternative method may be designated by bq99.
• bq99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as your bq99 account. Third-party deposits will be reversed and the account flagged for review.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion. bq99 processes verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours under normal operating conditions, though mobile wallet transfers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within minutes.
• bq99 reserves the right to impose transaction limits, delay withdrawals pending additional verification, or decline a transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

bq99 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, over which bq99 has no control. All amounts displayed on the Platform are in BDT.

5Bonuses and Promotions

bq99 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and tournament prizes. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion-specific terms at the time the offer is communicated to you.
• Bonuses are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not transfer bonus funds to another player, use bonus funds on behalf of a third party, or exploit a bonus offer through systematic or coordinated play designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• bq99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account where the wagering rollover has commenced.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. If bq99 determines that multiple accounts have been created in order to claim multiple welcome bonuses, all accounts will be closed and all bonus funds forfeited.
• Bonus expiry dates apply to all offers unless otherwise stated. Unused bonus balances will be forfeited upon expiry. Free spins expire within 7 days of crediting unless a different period is stated in the offer terms.

6Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games available on the bq99 Platform are provided by third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. The rules and mechanics of each individual game are governed by the rules of the applicable provider. In the event of any conflict between provider game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail in respect of bq99 platform policies, while provider rules shall prevail in respect of individual game mechanics and outcomes.

• All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled, modified, or reversed after confirmation except where an error in the game software is identified and verified by bq99 or the game provider.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that interrupts a round or session, bq99 will follow the applicable game provider's void and replay policy. Where a round cannot be replayed, affected stakes will be refunded to the player's account balance.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active bonus funds. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• bq99 sports betting markets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant sports governing body (e.g. ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). BPL and IPL match results are settled based on official scorecards. In-play betting markets close automatically when the relevant event concludes.

Any winnings derived from gameplay on the Platform are credited to your account balance in BDT. bq99 does not provide tax advice. Players are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes applicable to their winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction.

7Responsible Gaming

bq99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the Platform. We recognise that gambling can become harmful and provide the following tools and resources to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes immediate effect; a limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Time-out: Players may request a temporary time-out of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, the account remains open but deposits and gameplay are suspended. Time-outs cannot be reversed before they expire.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion is permanent for the selected period and cannot be reversed. At the end of the exclusion period, re-activation requires a written request and a 7-day reflection period.
• Reality checks: Players may enable session duration reminders that notify them of the elapsed time at configurable intervals. This tool is designed to help players stay aware of how long they have been playing in a single session.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms. bq99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, and to void any associated bets, bonuses, or winnings:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification, including misrepresenting your age, identity, or country of residence.
• Operating more than one account on the Platform, whether directly or through a proxy, nominee, or third party.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of collusion with other players, teams, officials, or third parties in relation to any game or betting market available on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, claim bonuses, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activity, or using the Platform in any way that facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal offence under applicable law.

bq99 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies when required by law. Any evidence of criminal activity identified on the Platform will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

9Account Suspension and Termination

bq99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by bq99, or provision of documents that cannot be verified as authentic.
• At the player's own request, where a player contacts bq99 support to close their account voluntarily. In such cases, any pending bonus rollover is forfeited and the remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bq99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any service offered thereon. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

bq99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bq99 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the bq99 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall site design, is the property of bq99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of bq99.

12Privacy

Your use of the bq99 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, use, and share your personal data in connection with the services we provide. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy carefully before using the Platform.

13Changes to These Terms

bq99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bq99 will provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version of these Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you object to any change to these Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform and close your account. bq99 is not obligated to provide individual notification of changes to each registered player, though we may do so at our discretion where we consider the changes significant enough to warrant direct communication.
